Live Nation announced that Scotland's art-damaged rock quartet, Franz Ferdinand, will play Malkin Bowl on Sunday, September 6. The group is best known for the modern-rock hit "Take Me Out", and received the Best Live Band award at the 2006 NME Awards. Its latest album is the remix collection, Tonight: Franz Ferdinand, which was released in January of 2009.
